PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for heat-treating a laver at a low cost, without generating an irregular baking, short in time for completion of the baking, and capable of watching the state of baking the laver, and a method therefor. SOLUTION: This device for heat-treating a laver is obtained by forming a mouth opening part of one side 2 having an almost constant width on top and another mouth opening part 5 at the bottom part of a cylindrical body, covering the other side mouth opening part 5 over a heating device for discharging a heat generated from the heating from the mouth opening part 2 of the one side, and cooking the laver by heating while transferring the laver on the mouth opening part 2. |
