<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for automatically regulating a sensor and its method. SOLUTION: A torque sensor 2 outputs the voltage responsive to the torque generated by steering a steering wheel. When the battery plug of a power source battery 31 is turned on so that the output voltage becomes a predetermined voltage or more, a voltage monitor 32 outputs a start command signal. When receiving the command signal, a processor 35 executes the initial start program stored in a program storage unit 34, and stores the output value of the sensor 2 as an initial detected value in a memory 6. Thereafter, the actual torque is detected while correcting the output of the sensor 2 by using he initial detected value stored in the memory 6.</p> |
