PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cleaning effect of Pachinko balls and durability of a polishing member by using an electrostatic flocking product as a polishing member in a ball polishing and transporting machine for Pachinko balls to polish and lift balls cramping balls by a proper pressure in a lifting passage between a lifting belt and a polishing member. SOLUTION: Thick cotton fabric substrate is cut and an acrylate based emulsion adhesive is applied thereon, and thereon nylon 66 fiber pile or the like is formed by electrostatic flocking monofilament with 1-120d of fineness and 0.3-5.0mm of cut length into 3000-50000 filaments/cm<2> of pile density. Then the adhesive is dried, and the obtain flocking product is brushed for removing residual pile to obtain a required polishing member. The polishing member is mounted on a ball transporting polishing machine for Pachinko balls and used for polishing Pachinko balls, for instance, in a speed of 12000 balls/min. Felt, wove fabric, knitted fabric, foam sheet and mat, etc., are used as the substrate other than the fabric. |
