PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time from charging of power till getting into a usable condition, and reduce undesirable effects on a baby in a hood after giving treatment to the baby. SOLUTION: In the case where temperature in a hood is other than a set temperature, or when a door of the hood is opened, blow quantity of a blower is increased by a controller. Time from charging of power untill a set temperature environment in the hood is reached in the hood is thus shortened, and even in the case where treatment is applied to the baby in the hood as the door is opened, the environment in the hood is less likely to be disturbed, so that time from closing the door after completion of the treatment to the baby till restoring the environment in the hood is shortened. |
