PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition, comprising plural kinds of energy ray curing type copolymers, having a sufficiency tack before irradiation with the energy rays, capable of reducing the residue of the tacky agent on an adherend after the irradiation therewith and useful for applications on the assumption of the peeling after the application. SOLUTION: This energy ray curing type pressure-sensitive adhesive composition comprises two or more kinds of energy ray curing type copolymers having an energy ray polymerizable group in the side chain. The composition composition (A) an energy ray curing type copolymer, obtained by reacting (i) 100g acrylic copolymer having a functional group-containing monomer unit with (ii) >=0.12mol energy ray polymerizable group-containing compound having a substituent group reactive with the functional groups in the component (i) and having the energy ray polymerizable group in the side chain and >=50000 molecular weight, (B) the same energy ray curing type copolymer, prepared by reacting 100g component (i) with <0.12mol component (ii) and having a composition different from that of the component A, and (C) a photopolymerization initiator.
