The present invention relates to an apparatus which manufactures magnetization ionic water with excellent effect in prevention of adult disease like cancer, constipation, gastroenteric disease and like this. The apparatus comprises ice tank installed to barn in freezing chamber; magnetization instrumentation to magnetize structure of water as magnetization ionic water contained in said ice tank; exothermic instrumentation to magnetize as supercooled magnetization ionic water by dissolving ice in said ice tank; defluxion instrumentation installed in the lower limit of distributing pipe connected with said ice tank to deflux supercooled magnetization ionic water.
