PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily stick a tape on both surfaces of a plate material, and prevent the generation of positional displacement of the tape by sticking a tape piece on one surface of a plate material, and thereafter, bending the tape piece at an end of the plate material, and folding up this bent tape piece to the other surface of the plate material for sticking. SOLUTION: An adhesive tape piece 3 is stuck on a top surface as one surface of a plate-shaped projecting part 2. When the projecting part 2 contacts with a fixed roller 26, the carrying operation of a carrying device for carrying the plate material 1 is temporarily stopped. A turn-up roller 18 is raised and moved close to the fixed roller 26, and simultaneously, a turn-up core part 22c is turned so as to be latched with the tape piece 3 projected from the projecting part 2. Furthermore, turn of a claw lever 22 is hindered and stopped when the claw lever 22 is displaced downward in relation to the projecting part 2. The fixed roller 26 abuts on the top surface of the projecting part 2 through the tape 3, and the roller 18 abuts on the lower surface of the projecting part 2 through the tape 3. After the roller 18 is moved from one side end of the projecting part 2 to the other side end thereof, the tape is stuck on the lower surface of the projecting part 2. |
