PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing process of an electrode plate with strong adhesion of an active material coating film to a metal foil current collector. SOLUTION: In this manufacture, an active material coating solution is prepared by mixing a powdery active material and a binder in a solvent, the coating solution is applied to the surface of a current collector, and the solvent is removed to form a coating film on the current collector. In the process for removing the solvent, the solvent is removed by heating the current collector from the opposite side to the surface where the active material coating solution is coated. |
