PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use an optical block in common even when a fixing position of an optical element to the optical block is shifted by providing 1st and 2nd abutting surfaces for positioning a condenser lens in a different position on a condenser lens fixing part. SOLUTION: This fixing optical block 15 is for fixing the following parts and elements, etc. A cross-sectional shape of emitted light from a semiconductor laser is shaped and the shaped light is divided into two beams by shaping surfaces 31a and 32a of polarization beam splitters 31 and 32. One of the two divided beams is converged by the condenser lens 13, and the converged light is received by a phtodetector 6. Then, the optical block 15 has the condenser lens fixing part 16, and the condenser lens fixing part 16 is provided with the 1st abutting surface and the 2nd abutting surface for positioning the condenser lens 13 in a 1st position in the direction orthogonal to an optical axis of the condenser lens 13 and a position different from this 1st position respectively. |
