PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the use efficiency of seats by performing reservation management which enables efficient use of the seats and linking it with reservation information. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a reservation management means (reservation center) which has reservation data basses in data structure for accepting reservations for every seat for every store and performs the centralized management of accepted reservation information, a reservation information display means 2 which displays the layout in a store, displays whether each seat is reserved on a specific day at specific time according the reservation data base and also displays the reservation state after the specific day and specific time, and a customer management terminal device 4 which displays the layout in the store, makes a different display according to the free time from the current point of time to a reservation time, and also displays seat occupation according to the elapsed time from the visiting time; and reservation information is managed by the unit of the seats which are managed with the time. |
