PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the assembling step of a current sensor unit of a Hall element type. SOLUTION: The current sensor unit in provided with a container 3 of a substantially cylindrical shape with a bottom having a cylinder 7 of a cylindrical shape at a center, a plate-like core 2a of 'substantially C shape' of upper surface capable of containing in a recess gap 8 for containing a core between the outer wall 7a of the cylinder 7 and the inner peripheral wall 3b of the container 3 without gap, and a cover 1 capable of being engaged with the container 3. A plurality of leaf springs 5 are provided on the rear surface of the cover 1. When the cover 1 is engaged with the container 3, the plate-like cores 2a are pressed by the spring 5 so as not to clatter. The engaged cover 1 is thermally welded to the container. Thus, the steps of adhering and drying the cores 2a contained in a pile in the container 3 with adhesive and the adhering and drying steps of adhering the cover 1 to the container 3 with adhesive can be omitted, and hence the assembling step can be simplified. |
