PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a drop of generation efficiency due to optical deterioration by sequentially laminating a solar cell element layer, a heat-accumulating body, a heat-insulating body of an amorphous semiconductor by turns on the rear of a transparent substrate so as to promote annealing of the amorphous semiconductor. SOLUTION: A solar cell 1 is provided with a solar cell panel main body 4, in which a solar cell element layer 3 is formed on the rear of a transparent substrate 2, a heat-accumulating body 6 and a heat-insulating material which are by turns laminated on the rear of the solar cell panel main body 4 through an adhesive 5. Thereby, solar heat accumulated by the heat-accumulating body 6 holds the solar cell element layer 3 at a high temperature required for annealing ranging over a long time. Moreover, the heat-accumulating body 6 slackens a temperature rise of the solar element layer 3 so as to suppress the temperature before and after noon, where a power generation amount becomes maximum, so as to prevent a drop in electric generation efficiency due to a temperature rise. Further, a constitution of the solar cell panel 1 is simplified so as to reduce its manufacturing cost. |
