<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for a keyboard for in the voting system of conference and to improve the security by collating whether the speech is speaker's own speech or not. SOLUTION: When the chairman requests the voting, participants participate in the vote by inputting the speeches into a speech data input section 4. The participants' speeches are previously registered in a speech data base 6 which collates the data with the input speech data when there is a need for association of the participants and the speech data. The data is decomposed and respective sets of the data are recognized in a speech recognition section 5 when the speeches of plural persons are inputted to the same speech input section. The effective data and the invalid data are identified by referencing the speech data base 6 and recognizing whether the data meets the conditions for requesting the vote, etc. The effective data are calculated at a calculation section 8 and are subjected to a totalizing processing. The data is made into data for screen display or speech data in an output control section 9. The results of the totalization are displayed in an image data output section 10 and speech data output section 11.</p> |
