METHOD FOR TREATING WASTE BURNED DUST

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectually adjust pH of dust to a pH range where heavy metal is prevented from being eluted, and accurately grasp whether or not the dust pH is adjusted to the pH where the heavy metal is prevented from being eluted. SOLUTION: Waste gas produced in waste processing equipment is neutralized through a bag filter 4 with calcium hydroxide, and dust collected by the bag filter 4 is cooled and supplied to a reactor 6 and simultaneously CO2 containing waste gas eluted from the bag filter 4 is humidified into wet gas which is in turn blown into the reactor 6 where calcium hydroxide, CO2 , and water are reacted. Successively, CO2 concentrations in the CO2 containing waste gas blown into the reactor 6 and in the waste gas eluted from the reactor 6 are measured to bring the pH of the dust to a pH range where the heavy metal in the dust is stabilized.
