<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the insufficient capacity of a power source for driving a lens barrel without spoiling the appearance and the portability of a camera by providing the camera with the power source which can supply electric power to the lens barrel having a power consumption source. SOLUTION: A camera body 1 is provided with a CPU 11, a battery 12 and a lens connection contact group 13. By the CPU 11, the exposure or the like of the camera body is controlled and the action of the lens barrel 2 is also controlled by communicating with a CPU 12 arranged in the lens barrel 2. By the battery 12, the electric power is supplied to the CPU 11, an actuator for driving a shutter and the like. On the other hand, a teleconverter 3 is provided with a battery 31, a camera connection contact group 32 and a lens connection contact group 33. By a motor driving IC 22, a motor 23 being as the actuator for driving a shake correction optical system is driven by receiving the electric power supplied from the bettery 31 being as the dedicated power source. Thus, even when the power consumption of a shake correction mechanism is increased because the teleconverter 3 is attached, the electric power is stably supplied.</p> |
