The pallet handler comprises a foldable support structure which is located on a first lower pallet (2). There is an upper pallet support surface (3) for a second pallet constituted by a frame (6) comprising four bars (7-10). In the central part of the frame transverse bars is a positioning and locking system (12) for the upper pallet. The support comprises two sides (4,5) which can pivot between two positions. In the first position they rest on the upper support surface and in the second they are under and perpendicular to it. The sides have removable fixings to the first pallet such that their lifting causes lifting of the two pallets. The fixings enable, when the assembly is supported on the ground, the freeing, handling and transportation of only the first pallet.
