PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain hierarchical multicast routing at diversified levels by routing a message to registered reception nodes and subordinate routing nodes so as to configure addresses between the routing nodes with a tree structure having a master-slave relation. SOLUTION: A group address and individual addresses of a plurality of reception nodes 102 and subordinate routing nodes requesting reception of a message whose destination is the group address are managed by using an address cross reference table in a routing node 1032 , a message received by a transmission node or a host routing node 1031 is routed to a plurality of reception nodes 1021 and subordinate routine nodes 103, whose individual address is registered in the address cross reference table. Thus, multicast routing is realized by using a network providing a unidirectional 1:N connection by which transmission is available from one node to N-sets of nodes.
