PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize an air conditioning unit, to realize the lower output of a fan, and to improve the execution property by securing the minimum and sufficient air-conditioning effect for every room of a house. SOLUTION: An air conditioner performs the air conditioning for a house having a plurality of rooms R, and a common space 11 such as corridors facing each room. The air conditioner is provided with an air conditioning unit 10 which is arranged on the back side 12 of a ceiling or under a floor 28, stores a heat exchanger 23 and a fan 24, and is provided with an air outlet 22a and an air inlet 22 to be communicated with the common space, a ventilation unit 18 which is arranged at least in one place of a ceiling, a wall or a floor of each room, and provided with an outlet 18b of the heat exchanging air to the room, and a duct 16 to communicate the ventilation unit with the outlet of the air conditioning unit. |
