PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the battery characteristic, and prolong the lifettime of the battery by forming film thickness of a central part of inside, which corresponds to an electrode unit, thinner than a part, which does not correspond to the electrode unit. SOLUTION: Since film thickness of an electrolyte film 1 is formed so that film thickness of a central part of inside, which corresponds to an electrode unit, is formed thin, for example, at 50μm, battery characteristic is improved. Film thickness of a peripheral side part thereof, which does not correspond to the electrode unit, is formed at 150μm as an original film thickness. Consequently, since the peripheral side part 3 is formed thicker than the central part 2 of the inside, tensile strength is large, and it is hard to generate a breakdown near a packing, and lifetime is remarkably prolonged. Film thickness of the central part 2 can be reduced by performing O2 plasma treatment applied to this part in a low-vacuum condition. |
