PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a speech output free from an odd feel by imparting correct phonetic symbols to the foreign language character strings among input character strings of a sentence-speech converter which converts the sentences to speeches receiving sentences. SOLUTION: The part of the character string of the language 2 included in input character string of inputted language 1 is specified by a language 2 character string decision section 103. The character string part of this language 2 is subjected to a morpheme analysis in a language 2 morpheme analysis section 102. The result thereof is subjected to a construction analysis by a language 2 construction analysis section 106, thereby, the result is subjected to the construction deformation of the pronunciation. The phonetic symbol string of the language 2 is formed in a language 2 phonetic symbol forming section 108 and converted into the phonetic symbol string of the language 1 by a language 2-language 1 phonetic symbol conversion section 109, thereby, the phonetic symbol of the language 1 correct for the language 2 character string parts included in the language 1 input character strings is formed.
