PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability of an information processor together with unnecessitating an editing button and also increase the designing freedom degree by showing an editing menu on a display means in response to the editing object information that is designated based on the document information shown on the display means. SOLUTION: A user traces a displayed part to be edited with a pen and inversion-displays the part. Then, the user displays an editing menu in response to the selected editing part. It is desirable to show the editing menu at a place near a selected character string so as to enable the user to easily use the menu. When the pen touches an input/output part 2, it is judged whether the touched coordinate is included in the editing menu. When the pen touches an area other than the editing menu, the character selecting operation is canceled. When the pen touches the editing menu, the coordinate touched by the pen is compared with the display coordinate of the editing menu. Thus, the corresponding function is specified. |
