<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device and a wiring board using an electron source substrate having a large margin degree relating to alignment when an upper wiring is formed to be prevented from easily generating a wire break and short-circuit. SOLUTION: In this device, a plurality of electron emitting elements comprising an electron emitting part and a pair of element electrodes 002, 003 are arranged in a matrix shape, to have a plurality of crossing lower/upper wirings 010, 016 formed by a thick film for supplying a signal to the concerned electron emitting element, and to use an electron source substrate insulating a crossing part of the lower/upper wirings 010, 016 by an interlayer insulating layer 007. Here, the interlayer insulating layer 007 is formed in a band shape along the upper wiring 016 thereunder, but the crossing part is a shape having a protruded part 008 partially covering the lower wiring 010, the upper wiring 016 is formed on the interlayer insulating layer 007.</p> |
