PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the radio communication system capable of operation of peer-to-peer type in which no exclusive central control station is required by acting an optional terminal like a control station in the communication system where a plurality of terminal stations are contained. SOLUTION: Each terminal equipment consisting of a radio telephone set 103, a personal computer 104, a printer 105 and a radio LAN adaptor 106 in the radio communication system has a function to set any of selectable operation modes, and acts like a central control station when the function is set to a 1st operation mode, and acts like a terminal station when the function is set to a 2nd operation mode. Thus, the radio communication system with high safety is realized, where it is not required to provide an exclusive central control station, and even when a terminal having been used for the central control station is faulty, any of other terminal equipments in the radio communication system is set to the 1st operation mode to prevent affect on the operation of the entire system. |
