<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract effective feature point from stroke information to be inputted and to output coordinate information related to the feature point. SOLUTION: A first point coordinate is inputted at a prescribed sampling rate (S602). Then, a second point coordinate is inputted after prescribed time from the input time (S603). The first point coordinate which is inputted first is selected (S604-S608) when an angle between a first vector based on the inputted first point coordinate and the second point coordinate and a second vector based on the first point coordinate and the second point coordinate, which are inputted at next sampling time, is larger than a prescribed threshold angle. Then, information on the selected first point coordinate is outputted (S609).</p> |
