PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manage the personal information and group information of users by managing the group information with consistency while communicating with another relevant main body on a network concerning the group information reported from a slave body. SOLUTION: A branch 1 is provided for managing the personal information of a user and the group information with an other user and corresponding to this branch 1, a main body 2 is provided on a network 3. Then, that main body 2 is provided with a means for managing the personal information reported from the branch 1 with consistency and a means for managing the group information with consistency while communicating with the other relevant main body 2 on the network 3 concerning the group information reported from the branch 1. Thus, the personal information and group information of users who utilize the network 3 is efficiently managed. |
