PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the manufacture and operation of an organic light-emitting device array inexpensive, to make it possible to generate constant light and to prolong the life by connecting a selected switch among plural second switches to a power source. SOLUTION: A shift register moves the switch 40 of a selected row to a contact with the power source 45 (first input 42), and circulates respective 32 pieces of rows one piece each at once by keeping remaining, e.g. respective switches 40 of 31 pieces of rows to the contacts with a second input 43 and row residual potential. Then, when respective specified rows are selected, a column driver decides whether any LEDs of 64 pieces of LEDs among the rows are turned on, and the switches 35 of respective answering columns are connected to interlocked current sources 37 to connect them. Column terminals 14 connected to the LEDs not to be turned on are connected to column residual potential Vc as it is. In such a manner, currents are led to the correct terminals of respective selected LEDs 15 in respective columns by the inter-locked current sources 37. |
