The windscreen wiper consists of an aerodynamic deflector (10), which is fitted to the wiper blade (12), to protect it from the currents of air, which flow along the length of the windscreen, as the vehicle is in motion. The deflector comprises a primary longitudinal lateral face (16), which is concave and designed to deflect the currents of air upwards. This produces a downwards aerodynamic force, which acts to press the wiper on to the windscreen. A spray tube (26) is fitted into the deflector, to spray cleaning fluid on to the windscreen. The tube is retained elastically, within a housing (34), which is formed within the deflector. The housing is formed with an edge (36), which defines the limit of an opening in the rear face of the deflector. A lug (38), which extends partially across the opening, serves to retain the spray tube within the housing.
