PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a device with which re-reception with in fixed time is inhibited in the case of a medium such as a commutation ticket and the re-reception within the fixed time is permitted in the case of a medium like a coupon ticket, so as to perform reception processing suitable for the kind of the medium by changing the reception inhibit term of the same medium corresponding to the kind of the medium. SOLUTION: A CPU 21 controls respective circuit devices according to a program stored in a ROM 22 and stores these control data in a RAM 23 so as to read them. A timer 24 counts the fixed inhibit time set to inhibit the following reception of a commutation ticket, to which the validity is set, like a one-day ticket for the fixed time when this commutation ticket is received. Corresponding to the count value of this timer 24, the improper reception such as illegally using the same commutation ticket continuously to the reception processing of the same commutation ticket is inhibited. Besides, in the case of a coupon ticket, the timer 24 manages the counting of time so as to prevent the number of times of utilization from being illegally subtracted by erroneously exposing the coupon ticket over plural communication areas within a short time. |
