<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistor which prevents bubbling after printing and excels in productivity with less initial resistance value fluctuation by controlling the surface tension of resistor paste obtained by kneading and dispersing polyamic acid and conductive carbon black within a specified range. SOLUTION: The surface tension of resistor paste, which is provided by kneading and dispersing polyamic acid and conductive carbon black, is within a range of 10-60mN/m. The resistor paste contains nopionic and anionic surfactant with an HLB value of 5 or less by 0.02-5 pts.wt. to polyamic acid of 100 pts.wt. or contains silicone oil with a molecular weight of 5000 or less by 0.01-0.5 pts.wt. to polyamide acid of 100 pts.wt. or contains organic solvent with a solubility parameter of 8-13 by 10-70 pts.wt. to polyamic acid of 100 pts.wt. Thus, a resistor with a small fluctuation rate after being left in a high temperature is obtained.</p> |
