PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time of account settlement for each user and to hardly generate trouble with a following vehicle as well, by performing the fee payment work of user of an automatic fee account settling machine while vertically moving to the position which is most facilitating to the operation for the user. SOLUTION: The equipment required for settling the account is vertically moved without the user's getting out of a vehicle, so that the operation can be smoothly performed. Namely, in the case of moving, equipment 4 to which an equipment panel is fitted is moved just vertically by guides 9 and 10 while pulling wires 8 through a mobile unit 7. This equipment is moved only while the user pushes an operating button, as intended. Besides, concerning vertical moving, sensors are provided at the upper and lower limits so that the safety of the user can be secured. Thus, when the user of a parking lot is to settle the account through the automatic parking fee account settling machine, the equipment of settlement can be moved to the position to be reached by a hand so that the settlement can be smoothly executed. |
