PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of the deviation of adhering position or peeling off by attaching a frictional member by fitting the frictional member to a grooved portion formed in an oscillator. SOLUTION: When friction members 15a and 15b are fitted to grooved portions 16a and 16b, part of the friction members 15a and 15b are projected out from the plane 12a of an elastic body 12 in the configuration. Groove portions 16a and 16b as recesses are formed in the contact planes of the oscillator 11, and friction portions 15a and 15b as projected portions are engaged with the grooved portions 16a and 16b so that the friction members 15a and 15b are mounted by the mechanical engagement. Thus, the friction members can be mounted easily and accurately to a predetermined position, and the retaining force by the friction members can be improved and thus the peeling off of the friction members due to the driving can be eliminated. |
