PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an even product without generating a sudden change of crystal analysis reaction by supplying a constant quantity of solution from a nickel salt solution synthesis vessel and a metal salt solution synthesis vessel to a nickel ammonia complex synthesis vessel. SOLUTION: Nickel ammonia complex in a mixture vessel 9 is synthesized by constantly maintaining pH value and supplied variable of aqueous ammonia at 0-6mole/l in relation to the nickel salt solution at 1mole/l. At this stage, as a method for controlling quantity of additive to the nickel salt solution, supplied variable of a pure water supplying device 21 is changed. Nickel hydrogen powder, which is evenly mixed at a grain unit and which has different internal additive composition, can be thereby manufactured with high productivity at a low cost. |
