<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the voice service equipment in which a voice mail is transmitted in response to a surrounding circumstance and a user's request and a suitable service is realized for the user. SOLUTION: The equipment is provided with a storage means 164 storing voice information and additional information sent from an exchange, an electronic mail generating means 161c that extracts prescribed information from the voice information and the additional information stored in the storage means 164 and generates an electronic mail based on the extracted and prescribed information, an electronic mail transmission control means 161b conducting transmission control for an electronic mail generated by the electronic mail generating means 161c in response to the additional information stored in the storage means 164, and a means that connects to a broad area network 15 or a local area network 18 and sends the electronic mail whose transmission is controlled by the electronic mail transmission control means 161b to information terminal equipments 141 to 14n being request destinations.</p> |
