PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure high temperature warm air in an early time by shortening air fan delay without feeling a cold air feeling. SOLUTION: The present apparatus is adapted such that an evaporation heater 3 is brought into a temperature insulating state and is fired in a short time by the operation of a heater heat insulation switch 8. In the apparatus, once the heater heat insulation switch 8 is turned on during interruption of combustion, a heat insulation stable timer 11 is started, and an operation switch 1 is turned on after the timer 11 is counted up, and further once firing is confirmed, a convection fan 15 is started in a shorter time than ordinary fan air delay. Accordingly, provided temperature of a burner is enough stable in the heater heat insulation state, the air fan delay after the firing is shortened to ensure high temperature warm air. |
