PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a photoreceiver of high sensitivity by reducing the crosstalk between the channels of the photoreceiver for optical interconnection. SOLUTION: The photoreceiver comprises means for fixing a tape fiber 16 to a package 11, so that a photoreceiving element 13 is disposed at the center of the surface of an array IC 12 mounted in the package 11 and the light emitted from the fiber 16 is incident to the element 13. Further, circuit blocks 14a to 14d connected to the element 13 at the center of the element 13 disposed at the center of the IC 12 are alternately disposed at both sides of the element 13. With the constitution, the distance between the blocks is increased to reduce the crosstalk generated along the substitute of the IC 12. |
