PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting factory management support system which selects precise total mounting cost, precise production capability, and an optimum machine, and examines optimum line constitution, an optimum mount substrate, etc. SOLUTION: The system consists of a computer A, which consists of a mounting cost data base 1, a machine characteristic data base 2, a mounting method data base 3, mounting cost examination algorithm 3, production capability examination algorithm 5, line constitution examination algorithm 6, and mounting substrate constitution examination algorithm 7. Then, various information regarding the mounting cost, machine characteristics, and mounting methods is put in the data bases, mounting cost calculation, production capability calculation line constituting method, a mounting method, and a mounting substrate constitution examining method are digitized and programmed, and an examination result of high precision is outputted in a short time to support optimum mounting factory management decision making. |
