PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic part mounting device by which a nozzle can be exchanged easily and quickly corresponding to the kind of electronic part to be mounted on a board and the electronic parts can be securely picked up without variance of projecting length of the nozzle. SOLUTION: A transfer head is provided with a holder part 13 and a nozzle part 14. In the nozzle part 14, a nozzle 42 is inserted into the lower part of an insertion part 40. The insertion part 40 is inserted into an insertion port 30 of the holder part 13, and it is held attachably and detachably by the holder part 13 through vacuum suction by means of a first suction hole 31. In addition, when an air pressure F is applied from the hole 31, the insertion part 40 is pushed out from the insertion port 30 and the nozzle part 14 is dropped out from the holder part 13. Further, since the upper surface of the insertion part 40 is brought into contact tightly with the ceiling surface 32 of the insertion port 30, the projecting length of nozzle from the holder part 13 is made uniform. |
