PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid deterioration in quality of data transmission and useless increase in traffic by conducting data transmission only when a state of a communication channel is excellent. SOLUTION: An idle signal from a base station C is received by a radio section 11, a MODEM section 12, a CODEC section 13 of a mobile radio equipment T, based on it a CPU 16 detects a reception electric field strength level and an error rate to discriminate a state of a channel. Only when the state of the channel is excellent, data stored in a RAM 15 are modulated and the modulated data are sent from the radio section 11. Thus, the data are sent by taking deterioration in quality of a radio channel due to multi-path or fading or the like into account, then the transmission quality is enhanced and the traffic efficiency is improved. |
