PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend a duration time in a charging alarm state by a method wherein the on-control in switching from a small capacity charge storing means to a large capacity charge storing means is controlled in accordance with the detection result of a 1st voltage detecting means and the off-control in switching from the large capacity charge storing means to the small capacity charge storing means is controlled in accordance with the non-rotation information from a rotation detecting means. SOLUTION: A power supply is a large capacity capacitor in a normal state. If the light application is cut off in this state and the charging voltage of the large capacity capacitor is dropped below 1.15 V, the level of a voltage detection signal is switched from L to H. A stop memory signal is kept at an L-level. As a result, a 2-second hand moving pulse from a 2-second hand moving pulse generating circuit 104 is selected through 1st and 2nd selecting 107 and 108 and an alarm state is produced. A 2-second hand moving mode detection signal is inputted to a non-rotation detection circuit 122 and the rotation or non- rotation of a stepping motor 110 is judged. A duration time in a charging alarm state can be extended while a power supply selection signal from a power supply selection circuit 118 is kept at an H-level. |
