PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture display device never reducing the interest of a customer, without interrupting a picture, even if a story is turned by the operation of the customer, in an interactive picture display device for displaying the picture of the story, while the customer influences the story by the operation executed while watching the picture. SOLUTION: The device is provided with plural picture generating means 3a, 3b, 4a and 4b in which the pictures on the story are recorded respectively, selecting means 5 for selecting the outputs of the picture generating means 3a, 3b, 4a and 4b, display means 7a, 7b, 8a, 8b and 9 receiving the outputs of the selecting means 5a and 5b, to display the pictures, operation units 10a and 10b operated by the customer, while he or the watches the pictures of the display means and a deciding means 1 for deciding the picture to be displayed, based on the outputs of the operation units 10a and 10b. Then, the selecting means 5a and 5b select the prepared one of the outputs of the picture generating means 3a, 3b, 4a and 4b, based on the result of the decision of the deciding means 1. |
