PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure required characteristics quickly in the case of various kinds of measurements using a battery. SOLUTION: At least two among a battery 12 which is to be a previously prepared reference, a charging device 11, and a load device 13 are combined so as to conduct charging or discharging to memorize the characteristics at that time. Reproduction circuits 20, 30, 40 reproducing the memorized characteristics are prepared, and at least one among a battery characteristic, a charging characteristic, and a load characteristic is reproduced by the reproduction circuits so as to measure the characteristic. |
