The present invention relates to an Agave larrea alga-based product and process thereof for soil conditioning and plant invigoration, and to products derived therefrom, which for simplification purposes are referred to as "a product". It is an object of the present process to obtain a product which improves physical, chemical and biological conditions of soils, due to biochemical effects by activation of naturally ocurring slow reactions in the soil, providing nutrients to plants in a shorter period of time, and controlling some "soil diseases" which attack them, thereby invigorating the same, and making evident positive economical results in the course of an annual crop cycle.
