The component has main supporting body (1) for the structure. One or more oblong anchoring members (8,9) are embedded in the body and protrude from its underside. Fixing devices at the body top surface secure the structure positively to the members. There can be an adjustable foot (13) and the bottom ends of the members, and the body can consist of a baseplate (2) from which two flanges (3) protrude upwards, leaving a free passage between them. Two parallel anchoring rods in each flange lead downwards to an adjustable foot.
