PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for complicated protocol transformation by allowing a satellite control computer and a satellite mount computer each TCP /IP transmission protocol mounted thereon to send/receive frames generated respectively from them with each other to send frames in compliance with the TCP/IP transmission protocol to an artificial satellite without any transformation. SOLUTION: A tracking control station is provided with a satellite control computer 12 with the TCP/IP (protocols defined by the RFC 791, 793) mounted thereon and generating message frames to be sent to an artificial satellite in compliance with the TCP/IP. The artificial satellite 13 is provided with a satellite mount computer 14 having the TCP/IP. The artificial satellite 13 and the station respectively have a transmission reception means used to send/receive frames generated respectively by the satellite control computer 12 and the satellite mount computer 14 with each other. The transmission reception means on ground has a router 11 routing the transmission reception signals from an RF system by using one of serial interfaces. |
