PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positionally control a relative motion member with high accuracy and improve quietness by providing sloped portions sloped toward the direction of a relative motion as an engaging portion to both an elastic body and a supporting portion. SOLUTION: Sloped portions 2g and 2h sloped to the directions of relative motions are formed at tapered grooves 2a and 2b as an engaging portion of an elastic body 2 and, on the other hand, taper pins 5a and 5b are formed on the plane at the elastic body 2 of the main body 5 of a supporting member 3. The taper pins 5a and 5b form sloped portions 5c and 5d having angles of slopes almost equal to tapered grooves 2a and 2b at the tip portion. These are provided in a direction parallel to the width direction of the elastic body 5 with a pitch almost equal to the tapered grooves 2a and 2b. In this way, the relative motion member can be positionally controlled very accurately and quietness of the vibration actuator can be improved. |
