<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an arbitrary window without any active window thorugh easy and direct operation without taking the trouble for movement or impeding the operability by providing an alteration means which makes alterations so that a window is displayed as a foreground and a display means which displays windows one over another in order according to priority levels in a storage means. SOLUTION: In a window information storage area stored in a RAM 5, applications, sizes, places, priority levels, and gestures of respective windows are stored in the form of a table. The priority levels, namely, the order based upon the foreground when windows are displayed one over another at the same time on the screen of a CRT 4 is updated by the judgement of a CPU 6 as the alteration means. Namely, this multiwindow display device moves a mouse along a specific track to display a window as the foreground.</p> |
