<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the height of parts and the cost of materials. SOLUTION: A coil bobbin 1 is provided with a notch 1c at one side of its flanges 1a. Coil terminals 2 are held by protrusions sandwiching the notch 1c. To form the coil terminals 2, a long terminal material is inserted during molding and is cut at the outside of the flange 1a and at the notch 1c. A coil is wound around a coil winding part 1b of the coil bobbin 1. The lead extending from the coil is wound around a coil lead winding parts 2a of the coil terminals 2.</p> |
