PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily recognize updating contents by generating an updating history when a received mail is updated. SOLUTION: When a mail in a call originating mail area 1-1 is corrected, a call originating storing processing part 4 retrieves a call originating mail table 5 by a corrected mail number, extracts a call originating date which is previously originated and it is added to the call originating mail. A mail originating part 2 call-originates the mail with a call originating request. At a reception side, retrieval is executed in a reception mail table 10 by the originating date and the originating adress of the mail received by a reception mail retrieval processing part 8. A reception mail storing processing part 9 outputs a message which reports replacement at the time of the previously received mail so as to replace the mail number of the reception mail table. A reception mail comparison processing part 11 compares mail contents before updating with the mail contents after updating so as to generate the updating history by a reception mail history generating part 12. |
