PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform page retrieval based upon bookmark information set for every page of document information. SOLUTION: A document quantity thickness calculation part 6 calculates the relative thickness of each document to a specified thickness showing a previously set all-document registration quantity from a document quantity registered on a storage medium 1 and a document relative position calculation part 7 calculates the relative position of a document where a bookmark is set within the specific thickness according to the thickness calculated by the document quantity thickness calculation part 6 and the bookmark information 5. Then a document relative position image display part 8 displays analog images showing all registered documents with thicknesses on a display 19 according to the relative thickness calculated by the document quantity thickness calculation part 6 and the relative position calculated by the document relative position calculation part 7 and displays a bookmark at the position in the image corresponding to the bookmark set document. |
