PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user collation device capable of strictly collating the user of an information processor by using a feature intrinsic to the user without being affected by the change of a utilization environment. SOLUTION: An image feature extraction device 102 extracts individual information included in the image of the user. An extracted feature amount is inputted to an image collation device 103 and compared with an image feature amount stored in a registered person image storage device 104 and collation is performed. A password selection device 105 selects the digit number of a password to be inputted by the user based on a collated result and outputs it to the information processor 100. The user inputs the digit number outputted to a monitor by the information processor 100 and the user inputs the password of the digit number outputted by the password selection device 105 to the information processor 100. The information processor 100 judges the input and permits the utilization at the information processor 100 in the case of the input of the correct password.
